shipping
charge, we will send
your items to an authorized
dealer for
service.
When your items are returned
to us, we will verify all
service
work was
completed correctly,
and notify you via phone or
e-mail
that your items are ready
for pick-up.
Complete turn-around time on
items shipped to manufacturers
or other
authorized dealers
averages two (2) weeks.
Items serviced in-house average
2-4 days turn-around time.

CYLINDER VISUAL INSPECTIONS
-
External and internal inspection of cylinders must be done yearly.
Cylinders are inspected for marring, corrosion, and cracks.
-
Plan
to leave tanks at Dive & Glide for two (2) days for this service. Rush VIP
inspections can be done for an additional charge.
HYDRO-TESTING CYLINDERS
- Cylinders must undergo hydro-static testing every 5
years. Hydro-testing tests the cylinder for metal fatigue.
- Hydro testing service will take
approximately one (1) week to complete.
REGULATOR SERVICE
- 1st & 2nd stage service and kit.
- Additional cost for equipment that must be sent out.
OCTO
SERVICE or SAFE SECOND
- Octo service and kit.
- Additional cost for equipment that must be sent out.
OTHER
- Dry suit repair and other services also available.
- Batteries, flashlights, computers, mask, snorkel,
fins,
prescription glasses.
