ONLINE STORE POLICIES, REFUNDS, SHIPPING
We fill orders as they are received. You will be notified when your order is ready for pick-up, delivery, or shipment. Please allow 2 to 5 days for fulfillment of pick-up or delivery orders, and an additional 2 to 5 days for shipped orders.
RETURNS/REFUNDS: You are responsible for return shipping fees. We must be notified by phone at (989) 486-3627 of your intent to return items in person or by shipping, and Items must be returned in new condition with the original packaging. Refunds will be processed upon our receipt and inspection of the items.
SHIPPING: We do GROUND SHIPPING only at this time. Most orders are processed and shipped out within 24 hours, however, in some instances, orders may take additional time, depending on in-shop sales and current stock.

We ship throughout the United States, and to Puerto Rico.
How we Ship
We ship via US Mail, UPS, and Federal Express, and use the best option depending on destination and items shipped.
Term of Fulfillment
All merchandise purchased through this website are F.O.B. (“Freight on Board”) at our fulfillment center. Title to the merchandise passes to you at the time of delivery by the fulfillment center to a common carrier.
All orders are subject to our order verification policy, failure to provide the correct information may cause a considerable delay in the processing and shipping of your order.
If the merchandise has already been shipped and the order is canceled, it will be your responsibility to pay the complete shipping and handling charges, and refund will be issued upon our receipt of the items in the condition they were shipped to you.
A signature might be required for UPS shipments upon receipt. Packages cannot be rerouted or picked up from UPS, at the discretion of the local UPS driver someone must be at the address to receive the package and sign for it.

When shipping with US Mail, it can take up to 6-8 weeks to be delivered and/or track a lost package. Certain shipments may require additional transit time, and service to some remote areas may require additional delivery days.
